  I bought a memory foam mattress and they suggested I leave it for a day in my house dur to the change of temperature and then after I unroll it to leave it for 24h to inflate. Since the mattress was for my guest bedroom I left it to aclimate in the house for around 2 days, and then unrolled and left on a flat surface for about 3/4 days. The mattress didn't quite "inflate" like in the shop. So I called them. A very nice guy picked up and said to give it a week, and if nothing change to call again.
  I did, but no change, so I called again. Same guy picked up and said I could exchange, but I explained I drive a fiat 500, the mattress fitted rolled, but not unrolled, he asked where I lived and took my number and said he would prepare one for me and when they had a delivery in the area they would give me a call.
  One week, two weeks, nothing.
  So I called again. Another guy on the phone, didn't know anything about it. Explained all over again, he said he would open one for me there to inflate and asked me to call in another week. I did. He then said, you can come and pick up. I explain the problem with the car again, and he reluctantly said he wasn't sure he could deliver, but would call me back. Never did. I decided to let go, but didn't really use the mattress, until I had 2 visitors the last month. They both hated the mattress. They said it's uncomfortable and uneven and they woke up with back pain.
  I really don't know if I got a faulted unit, but I definitely do not recommend specially after being lied a few times on the phone trying to solve it. Don't buy it.
